iC3 Solutions is a company which consists of seven key business units.
Corporate
The corporate division of iC3 Solutions is responsible for the setting of company strategy & direction, company governance, shareholder and investor relations and sponsorship.
Technology, Innovation & Software Development
This area of the company is responsible for all aspects of innovation, technology, software development, website development, support and the management and ongoing maintenance of all iC3 ICT assets.
Products
The products division creates and manages the entire iC3 product portfolio. They are also responsible for the development of iC3 solutions product documentation and website content.
Marketing
This division is responsible for creating and executing iC3 Solutions global marketing strategy. This includes all aspects of:
Business Development
The sales division of iC3 Solutions are responsible for developing and managing customer relationships and creating & managing sales pipeline with a key focus area of selling iC3 Solutions capabilities and product portfolio to the global market.
Human Resources
The Human Resources (HR) division manages all aspects of recruitment, resourcing, HR policies, training and development and regulatory compliance.
Finance
The finance area of the company is responsible for the management of the company’s P&L, investments, joint ventures, legal, contracts and accounts payable.
