How much memory (or how many files) can a SecureStix device hold? |
A: |
1 gigabyte (1GB), 2 gigabyte (2GB) and 4 gigabyte (4GB) which is equivalent to 360,000 standard emails. |

Do I need a certain type of computer for this to work on? |
A: |
Any computer running Windows 2000 (service pack 4) Windows XP Home(service pack 2) or Windows XP Professional (service pack 2) will be fine, as long as you have a USB port available (most computers have at least one of these). |

Do I need to install special software on my computer to use this device? |
A: |
No, the SecureStix device will "self run" from it's own built in program when installed into the computer. |

Does the SecureStix device require batteries |

No, the SecureStix device is powered from the computer USB port and retains all information on the chip without the requirement for continuous power. |

What if I cut my finger off? How do I access my files? |
A: |
We suggest you get straight to the doctor first...but seriously, there is an override password which you set when you get the device, this can be used to access the device if you cannot swipe your fingers. |
